Stylish friendly family run hotel, worth its 3 stars. Brand-new room and large bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet, and a shower cap.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Really quiet area, stunning and absolutely perfect location, just next door to the boats as well as the car ferry from the town nearby. Best staff interactions. Very impressed with a double room with the balcony.

All in all they offer fantastic service. Its nice to have wake up service and ironing for free too. The location is unique and super, right by city center.

The employees were best all the time. I've been here for 6 nights, the breakfast was overall excellent with the outstanding view.

Nicely renovated hotel with contemporary rooms and magnificent view of the lake. Stunning, fantastic location near to the restaurant or terrace and Belaggio and Menaggio. Also, on the ferry or the bus. The attached restaurant for dinner.

A bit rude staff!

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very quite area, next to the centre of Lake Como, the boats run far more frequently and decent restaurant...

Some people working there were tired.

I loved staying in this property and its quiet location.

Very efficient and genuinely helpful staff and everything was perfect. It was located close to a port in Lezzeno.

I liked the room with heating, the bed was comfy. I had tasty food for breakfast with the outstanding view.

The venue is exceptional, it offers adequate breakfast and has amazing location close to Bellagio from there, most restaurants and the boat stop. Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the lake. The staff is best and efficient, and the owner too. The service is friendly, includes easy to access parking.

We loved this hotel! The view from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast while admiring the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even offered us snacks when we missed dinner one night. The location was perfect - close to a small grocery store, with easy access to the lake and a quiet environment away from the city.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail was also impressive; from the modern furniture in the rooms to the fabulous view over Lake Como from the balcony, every aspect of the hotel was carefully thought out. The location in a quiet spot was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast on the upper terrace had plenty of dietary options and was accompanied by the outstanding view of the lake.
